Tamils into Employment & Training Project (new for 2007).

We prepare the active Beneficiaries on our project to face the UK job market by creating the following pathways of training and mentoring:

• Providing training & support modules on Motivation, Time management, Job types & skills.
• Providing CV writing, Interview techniques and Application forms filling skills.
• Offering Job search advise and help with Volunteering and Job placements.
• Providing specialized pre-ESOL (English) and IT tutorials.
• Offering Self-employment advise.
